Where

I don’t look back and neither do you...
Why should we care?
A moral hung over nothing real.

A search for something I already have
For a self I already know
For a clue I already got.

Time does not lie
Love will never exist
Respect seems to vanish.

But we don’t look back
‘Cause we know exactly where we are
And this ambiguous something is not so ambiguous
And looking back may be too dangerous
Even though looking forward is never safe.
